Registration fee is used to cover conference materials, lunches, tea breaks, conference certificates and other conference related direct costs. Registration fee payment will not be refunded for any reasons.

- On-spot Payment
On-spot payment for registration can be done at the conference venue, SEAMEO RETRAC, 35 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on the first day of the Conference (July 5, 2018). Please email us (internationalconference2018@vnseameo.org) or call us at
(84-28) 3 8245618 (Ext: 126) in advance if you prefer this way of payment. However, it is advisable to register and pay your fee online to secure your place at the conference.
Registration fee for Speakers
- International speakers: The registration fee for chosen international presenter will be at USD 150. In case there are co-authors of the paper selected, only one key author will pay the registration fee of USD 150, the others will have to pay the registration fee like other participants as aforementioned.
- Vietnamese speakers: The registration fee for chosen Vietnamese presenter will be at VND 800,000. In case there are co-authors of the paper selected, only one key author will pay the registration fee of VND 800.000, the others will have to pay the registration fee like other participants as aforementioned.
