SEAMEO RETRAC conducted a workshop on ‘The role of English in Asia: Implications for language learning’ on November 04, 2009. The presenter was Professor Andy Kirkpatrick from Hong Kong Institute of Education, a well- known expert in the field in Asia and the Pacific.
Attending this workshop were thirty teachers at SEAMEO RETRAC and members of the Ho Chi Minh City TESOL Association
