TRAINING COURSE ON SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT FOR HIGHSCHOOL PRINCIPALS IN TAY NGUYEN AREA
From April 21-23, 2009, SEAMEO RETRAC, with the cooperation of Tay Nguyen University, offered a training course on school leadership and management for 33 high school principals and vice principals from Dak Nong, Gia Lai and Kon Tum. provinces.The course aimed (1) to improve school leadership and management skills for high school leaders and (2) to engage experience sharing and networking among the high-school leaders in those three provinces. Strategic Planning and Management, Instructional Leadership and School Leadership and Management Skills were the three important topics of the course.Feedback from the participants indicated that the course is very helpful for their management and leadership.
