Regional Educational Forum on “Leading Innovation in Education: Best Practices in Southeast Asia”

Back to back with the Center’s 22^nd Governing Board Meeting, SEAMEO RETRAC organized an educational forum on “Leading Innovation in Education: Best Practices in Southeast Asia” at Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam on September 26, 2019. The Forum welcomed the presence of a representative of SEAMEO Secretariat, governing board members and representatives from 08 countries in Southeast Asia. This forum again served as a platform for the exchange and discussions of ideas about current initiatives and best practices undertaken in the region regarding policies for educational leadership and management, strategies for promoting innovations in teaching and learning, as well as practices in professional training and development for existing and future leaders. At the Forum, 07 countries’ best practices and experiences were shared by the governing board members and representatives.
