The annual pre-departure training program was held at SEAMEO RETRAC from June 22 to August 28. Enrolling the program were 70 participants from institutions of higher education in Ho Chi Minh City and other central and southern provinces.
This program was initiated for the government scholarship recipients who are required to improve their iBT-TOEFL and IELTS scores as well as other academic skills prior to their overseas studies.
The program included 200 hours of class instruction and 100 hours of tutor-led and self-study time.
