On October 22, 2011, the Canada – Vietnam International Mobility and Partnership was co-organized by SEAMEO RETRAC, Vietnam Association of Community Colleges (VACC) and Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC) at SEAMEO RETRAC.
There were over 70 participants in the forum coming from different Canadian and Vietnamese community colleges. The forum focused on discussing and sharing experiences in developing models of community colleges and its activities. In addition, the forum also held direct dialogues between the ACCC and VACC members to create opportunities for cooperation.
