At the invitation of University of Southern California (USC), Dr. Ho Thanh My Phuong, SEAMEO RETRAC Director, facilitated at two cohorts of Global Executive Doctor of Education Program from July 19 to 20, 2013.
The theme focused on matters relevant to educational policy, integration and globalization in higher education in Vietnam and Southeast Asian countries. On this occasion, Dr. Phuong discussed with institution’s officers joint programs between Rossier School of Education with SEAMEO RETRAC and the region.
