To implement the goals of the Vietnam’s National Foreign Languages 2020 Project, SEAMEO RETRAC has closely cooperated with the departments of education and training (DOETs) in different provinces in assessing the levels of English proficiency and conducting different training courses on English proficiency and English teaching methodology for the school teachers of English.
