Training Workshop on "Using Instructional Technology in Material Development"
March 19-20, 2013, SEAMEO RETRAC in collaboration with Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) organized the training workshop on “Using Instructional Technology in Material Development” at its premises.The training was facilitated by Dr. Fumihiko Shinohara from Tokyo Gakugei University on the annual expert dispatch program supported by MEXT. The workshop was centered on the development of instructional materials by employing and applying Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The workshop drew the participation of 42 lecturers and staff from colleges and universities in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces in Southern Vietnam.
