On November 19, SEAMEO RETRAC held a seminar on the Role of Motivation and Cognition in Assessment of 21st Century Skills for 40 university lecturers and administrators from higher education institutions in Ho Chi Minh City.
The seminar was video-conferenced to as many as 70 participants at Tra Vinh and An Giang Universities in Mekong Delta. The presentation focused on the issues related to the 21st century learning skills such as motivation, resiliency, active choice, measurements and so on. The seminar was facilitated by Dr. Harry O’Neil, a full Professor of Educational Psychology and Technology at the University of Southern California, USA.
