Also invited was senior officials of MOET and top administrators of some universities and colleges in Vietnam. At the conference, besides joining interesting sessions, Dr. Thinh presented “Institutional differentiation and the roles of vocational/technical colleges in Vietnam” in a panel discussion. The event was also a good opportunity to expand cooperation and partnership.
