11th SEAMEO-University of Tsukuba (UT) Symposium

In response to this current challenging situation of the post-COVID 19 pandemic, the SEAMEO Secretariat, in collaboration with the University of Tsukuba, Japan and supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Japan, will virtually organise the 11th SEAMEO-University of Tsukuba (UT) Symposium on 20-21-22 February 2023. The theme of the symposium is “Technology and Values- Driven Transformation in Education.”

Therefore, the objectives of the Symposium are to:

– Provide a platform to showcase and exchange the best practices from all education levels on Technology and Values-Driven Transformation in Education;    
– Identify opportunities and challenges faced by education transformation and issues concerned in Southeast Asia and Japan; and
– Consolidate the policy recommendations, best practices and ways forward in education transformation.
