Dr Craig Lambert

Craig Lambert is Associate Professor of Applied Linguistics in the School of Education at Curtin University. Before moving to Australia, he worked in Japan for 22 years where he taught English in various educational contexts, designed and coordinated an undergraduate oral English program, and worked in secondary school English teacher training. His current research is in task motivation, task repetition, task-based syllabus design, performance measurement, and the relationship between task design and late-emerging aspects of the English grammatical system. Dr. Dawn Bikowski

Dawn Bikowski is the Director of the English Language Improvement Program in the Linguistics Department at Ohio University. Receiving her MA in Linguistics and her PhD in Instructional Technology, her research focuses on technology and writing/reading and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). Dawn has taught a variety of levels of English internationally, is heavily involved in ESL/EFL teacher training and materials development, and is a past Chair of the Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) Interest Section of the TESOL International Association. International conferences and workshops, curriculum development projects, and program assessments have taken her to countries in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
