Registration Fee

The registration fee is for covering conference materials, lunches, tea breaks, conference certificates and other conference related direct costs.

For Vietnamese Participants:

– Early bird registration (Online payment before June 15):  1,000,000 VND
– Online regular registration (Online payment by August 01): 1,200,000 VND
– On-spot Registration (On-spot payment): 1,500,000 VND

For International Participants:

– Early bird registration (Online payment before June 15): USD 100
– Online regular registration (Online payment by August 01): USD 120
– On-spot Registration (On-spot payment): USD 150

Please note that bank fee charge may apply and bank charge must be borne by the participants (including the remittance fees from your own country of origin and Vietnam). Registration fee payment will not be refunded for any reasons.

  1. On-spot Payment

On-spot payment is available at the conference venue. However, it is advisable to register and pay your participation online to secure your place at the conference.
