Training Course on “Communicative Business English for Social Entrepreneurs

SEAMEO RETRAC in collaboration with the US Consulate Ho Chi Minh City organized a training course on “Communicative Business English for Social Entrepreneurs” at the American Center Ho Chi Minh City on November 13, 2019. The course’s objectives included: 1) Enhance Speaking and Listening skills to be able to interact and communicate more accurately, confidently and effectively with partners and clients in various social contexts; 2) Strengthen communication skills, focusing on discussing, presenting, negotiating and socializing skills; 3) Know how to use strategic techniques for writing clear and concise business correspondence with appropriate style and tone of business purposes; 4) Explore and understand the diversity of American culture. With 141 hours of immersive training and pre-course, on-going and post-course assessments administered by SEAMEO RETRAC, the training course served as a valuable opportunity for 30 participants to further enhance their English skills.
