At the invitation of SEAMEO Secretariat, Dr. Dang Van Hung, SEAMEO RETRAC Deputy Director and Mr. Truong Bao Duy, Manager of SEAMEO RETRAC, attended the Validation Workshop and Fourth Consultation Meeting on SEAMEO College on October 19-20, 2012 at Plaza Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.The objectives of the workshop were to review and provide inputs on the detailed design and operational plan of SEAMEO College funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB). The workshop drew the participation of SEAMEO Secretariat and 21 leaders and representatives from 15 SEAMEO Centers. The inputs collected from the workshop were embedded in the meeting with ADB consultants the following day. The final detailed design and operational plan of SEAMEO College will be presented at the Executive Committee Meeting on October 30, 2012 and the SEAMEO High Officials Meeting on November 27-29, 2012.
