The first intake of this three-week full time graduate-level certificate program, jointly conducted by Camosun College (Canada) and SEAMEO RETRAC, was commenced on November 23, 2009This program has been approved by the Ministry of Education and Training, Vietnam, and qualifies graduates to apply for a work permit as an English language teacher in Vietnam. The certificate, English Language Teaching – International Certificate (ELT-IC), will be issued by Camosun College, Canada.
