SEAMEO RETRAC Board of Advisors Meeting was convened on June 28, 2012 at the Center’s premises with the participation of Prof. Dr. Tran Van Nhung, General Secretary of Council of the Country’s Professorship; Dr. Dennis Berg, Professor Emeritus, California State University, Fullerton, USA; Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh, Deputy Director, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training; and SEAMEO RETRAC Management. This is the Board’s regular meeting to offer advice and consultancy on the directions and strategies for the Center’s development.
