Payment of registration fee must be done online with registration fee details are as follows:

  • Early Bird registration (Online payment before June 10): USD 200
  • Regular registration (Online payment by July 15): USD 250
  • Regular registration (On-spot payment): USD 300

The registration fees for Vietnamese citizens are as follows:

  • Early Bird registration (Online payment before June 10): VND 1,000,000
  • Regular registration (Online payment by July 15): VND 1,200,000
  • Regular registration (On-spot payment): VND 1,500,000

The registration fee is used to cover conference materials, lunches, tea breaks, conference certificates and other conference related direct costs.

Please note that bank fee charge may apply and bank charge must be borne by the participants (including the remittance fees from your own country of origin and Vietnam). The banking account information for the transfer must be correct. When you finish the transfer, please email us at internationalconference2016@vnseameo.org for our information.

Registration fee payment will not be refunded for any reasons.

  1. On-spot Payment

On-spot payment is available at the conference venue. However, it is advisable to register and pay your participation online to secure your place at the conference.

Registration fee for Speakers

  • International speakers:
    The registration fee for chosen international presenter will be at USD 150. In case there are co-authors of the paper selected, only one key author will pay the registration fee of USD 150, the others will have to pay the registration fee like other participants as aforementioned.
  • Vietnamese speakers:
    The registration fee for chosen Vietnamese presenter will be at VND 800,000. In case there are co-authors of the paper selected, only one key author will pay the registration fee of VND 800.000, the others will have to pay the registration fee like other participants as aforementioned.
